Whether it’s understanding the emotional stakes of buying your first home or negotiating on your behalf, Shanae’a has a talent for making clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout every step of their journey. She is devoted to helping the search go beyond buying a house, to the beautiful journey of helping her clients find a place to call home.

Born in Arlington, Texas and then quickly whisked away to grow up in Juneau, Alaska, Shanae’a returned to Texas for her undergraduate degree at Sam Houston State in 2012 and has been a proud Texas resident ever since, except for a brief stint in Glasgow to attend The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for her graduate degree! With her unique background, Shanae’a is deeply committed to understanding people’s needs and passionate about ensuring each of her clients have a personalized experience.

Beyond helping clients, Shanae’a married to the best husband in the world, John, and mother to a daughter that is constantly surprising her, Isla. And when they leave the house, she can be found writing with a hot cup of tea snuggling her snuggly, precious pup Turkleton. She deeply loves travel and cold weather and wishes she could wear a scarf everyday! Shanae'a is also a working actress and maker in the Houston Theatre and Screen scene. She finds family to be her most precious gift from the God that is constant and loving.
