Ranked in the top .5% of realtors nationwide, she has personally sold over 200 homes, surpassing the national average of 4-6 homes per agent per year. Under her guidance, Schroeder & Co. is on a mission to elevate the real estate experience as you know it by promising personalized service, expert guidance, superior industry knowledge and unmatched marketing techniques.

Rylie had set her sights on real estate from a young age both as a career and a long-term wealth creation strategy. She purposefully started her professional life in sales roles, where she honed the hands-on, responsive service and people skills that have become her hallmark. Once she entered the real estate world, Rylie closed over $50 million in home sales in just her first two years in the business. An astute, dedicated advisor and a skilled investor herself, Rylie is a reliable, 24/7 resource for all things real estate. A proud real estate resource to clients throughout greater Houston - from Memorial to Sugar Land, Pearland to Needville, Galveston to Katy and surrounding cities, as well as greater Austin - from Lakeway to Round Rock, South Austin to Cedar Park, Bee Cave to Travis Heights and surrounding areas.
 
Prior to her real estate career, she graduated with a Marketing degree from Texas State University in San Marcos and is a proud Delta Zeta Sorority Alumni. She currently serves on multiple nationwide networking boards such as Power Haus Women and Modern Mentor and is passionate about working with her favorite local charities like The Big O Foundation and Houston Pets Alive. Rylie is a solo parent to her “mini-me” and together with their two dogs, Ellie (dachshund) and Jimmy (brittany), they love exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with family. As a foodie and avid adventurer, she enjoys exploring great restaurants, traveling and spending time outdoors and on the water.

We were moving from California to Texas and needed someone who could communicate effectively, be on top of everything, and to be honest, who didn't have a snobby attitude like the one we originally started working with. Our expectations were very high after having been through 8 home purchases and 9 home sales. We had the absolute best agent in CA who, over the years, has become a very good friend, so the bar was set high.
