Britni Davison is a Houston native who grew up with a hobby of researching real estate and architecture. In 2014, she turned that passion into a profession and has since helped hundreds of clients with their real estate goals. She specializes in the Greater Houston area, including Cypress, Tomball, Katy, The Woodlands and Pearland, to name a few.


Outside of real estate, Britni is a proud mom of three—Robby, Bennett, and Ashton. If you've previously worked with her, you know how fiercely she cares for the family and life she has built with her husband, Shane, in Tomball. Together, they love to travel and raise their chickens. Fun fact - Clients of Britni's are often gifted fresh eggs at closing, right from the Davison farm!

  • Britni is fantastic to work with. She has an incredible eye for detail and a great work ethic. We found ourselves in a situation where we had to unexpectedly sell our home that was in mid-renovation. There were no usable floors in the home. Britni helped us secure a contractor who was able to quickly install quality floors so we could sell the home. Britni also essentially took on the roll of managing the floor renovation and the finishing all the details of the house that needed to be addressed before the house was listed. She is an incredible advocate for her clients. I would highly, highly recommend working with Britni.
