Britni is a Houston native who grew up with a hobby of researching real estate and architecture. In 2014, she turned that passion into a profession and has since helped hundreds of clients with their real estate goals. Britni has a unique eye for houses which enables her to quickly spot potential issues for buyers, saving them thousands. When it comes to assisting sellers, Britni has been known to get her hands dirty and isn't afraid of acting as a contractor if it means getting her client's home prepped the right way, enabling them to make top dollar.
Britni's passion for real estate is truly a passion for her people. She leads with her heart and fights for her clients with tenacity and grit like no other. Her level of skill and knowledge is that of a maven and she is often, and widely, considered as one of the best in the business.​

In 2023, Britni joined forces with Rylie to coach, lead and expand the team you see today. Her agents admire her selfless leadership style and admire the way she is able to shape and mold others in order to create a better real estate experience for the public.

Outside of real estate, Britni is a proud mom of four. If you've previously worked with her, you know how fiercely she cares for the family and life she has built with her husband, Shane, in Tomball. Together, they love to travel and raise their chickens. Fun fact - Clients of Britni's are often gifted fresh eggs at closing, right from the Davison farm.
