Alexandria is a native San Antonian where she began her real estate career in 2017, serving her clients at the highest level with her wealth of knowledge on the area and the real estate market. Upon moving to Houston with her family in 2020, Alexandria began to study relentlessly — not only a new market, but the new city as she built new friendships, relationships and clientele.

It's through her clients that she has grown a love and appreciation for the city of Houston and is grateful to have the opportunity to serve them with intention, awareness and passion. As it stands today, Alex has helped 100’s of people buy and sell real estate in both the San Antonio and Houston markets. Having worked in two major cities in Texas, Alex has gained a level of tenacity and passion that provides her clients a real estate experience rooted in honesty, knowledge and resources — that of a true expert.

Growing up in a family with a construction and remodeling business, it's not ironic that Alex found herself immersed in the new construction side of real estate upon moving Houston. She spent over two years on Houston's largest real estate team building their new construction division and is now able to provide her clients profound knowledge on different new construction builders and their processes and business models, something that very few agents can claim.

Having done a number of remodels herself, Alex has an eye for design and deems herself a perfectionist when comes to the work. Her experience allows her to offer a unique perspective when prepping listings for the market and a keen eye when helping homebuyers search for their next home. Her clients rave about how joyous Alex is to work with and appreciate her tough negotiation skills and the level of passion she puts into every transaction.

Prior to her real estate career, Alex graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio with a double major in criminal justice and psychology. When not working, you can always find Alex exploring new coffee spots around town! She has an entrepreneurial heart that keeps her innovative and busy. As the Vice President and Social Chairman for her community’s homeowners association, Copperfield Southtown Village, she stays involved in the local happenings giving her a unique perspective on the local real estate market. To that point, Alex is passionate about staying involved in the community with her husband, Enrique and three kids, Olivia, Val and Raphael, who keep her busy with school and extracurricular activities.
