This year, starting in early Spring, our yard became what felt like an actual battleground against invasive lawn weeds. From time to time in years past, we have encountered weeds scattered across the yard, but the last several months of weather patterns created the perfect storm of conditions leading to all the persistent weeds coming back stronger than ever. Week over week, our grass has been struggling to come back to life from winter dormancy.
