Aside from traditional residential real estate, Karen specializes in waterfront, short term rentals, as well as farm and ranch properties. She serves the Greater Austin areas including, but not limited to, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Round Rock, Kyle, New Braunfels, Spicewood, Lakeway, Driftwood, Elgin and Fredericksburg. Karen offers her client's over 20 years of real estate experience and has closed over 200 transactions - an accomplishment that very few agents can claim. This accomplishment has landed her within the Top 500 of Realtors in Austin in 2023 - meaning she ranks in the top 1% of real estate agents in the area.

Born in Dallas, Karen is a native Texan. She is a proud mom of two daughters who are Dripping Springs Alumni and both Texas A&M University - College Station Cum Laude graduates. Her hobbies include yoga, cooking, hiking and anything on the water. Karen is married to Roger Frakes, a local home builder, and the two of them enjoy living on Lake Travis with their Goldendoodle, Bella.
